SB721 Inspection - California Balcony Inspection Law

SB721, also known as the California balcony inspection law, applies to owners and managers of multifamily housing with at least three units. The law requires any elevated surface six feet above ground or higher to undergo inspection. These elevated surfaces include balconies, decks, and stairwells.
